Secure Profile Link

Getting a family's details usually means one long phone call, or a biodata that arrives missing half of what you need. A Secure Profile Link turns it around: you send one link, and the family fills in their own details, in their own time.

How it works

• Generate a link for a client — it carries its own private code, so it cannot be guessed
• Send it however you already talk to them: WhatsApp, SMS, anywhere
• They open it in a browser — no app to install, no account to create
• They fill in their own details and preferences
• The profile arrives in your client list, ready for you to check

One link, one use

Once a link has been used it stops working. Anyone opening it after that sees a clear "this link has expired" page rather than a form that quietly accepts a second set of answers. The link belongs to that one client and nobody else.

You can see if it was opened

Every time the page is loaded it is counted and recorded against you, so a link that was sent three days ago and never opened is visible in your analytics — you know whether to follow up or wait.
