Welcome to Asan Match, a product of M2Logix Software Company.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Asan Match mobile application, website, platform, features, and related services collectively referred to as the “Service”.

Please read these Terms carefully before using Asan Match.

By creating an account, accessing the Service, clicking or selecting an acceptance option, or otherwise using Asan Match, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies expressly incorporated into them, including our Privacy & Data Protection Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Service.

Where applicable law provides rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted by contract, those rights will continue to apply.

1. About Asan Match

Asan Match is a professional matchmaking collaboration platform designed to connect:

• Professional matchmakers
• Marriage bureaus
• Rishta consultants
• Nikah service providers
• Individuals seeking marriage proposals
• Families seeking suitable matches
• Clients working with professional matchmakers

Asan Match provides technology and tools that may allow authorized users to:

• Create and manage matchmaking profiles
• Search and filter profiles
• Add partner preferences
• Compare profiles
• Share profiles through controlled methods
• Send and manage matchmaking proposals
• Communicate through available platform features
• Manage clients
• Provide limited client access
• Receive smart matching suggestions
• Use technology-assisted profile creation tools
• Collaborate with other professional matchmakers

Asan Match may use religious, family, educational, professional, lifestyle, and other compatibility preferences to support matchmaking.

Asan Match provides matchmaking technology and professional collaboration tools. It does not guarantee a successful match, proposal, engagement, or marriage.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create or use an Asan Match account.

By using the Service, you represent and confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are legally capable of agreeing to these Terms
• Your use of the Service is lawful
• Information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You are not using the Service for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited purpose

Use of Asan Match by minors is prohibited.

If we reasonably believe that an account belongs to or is being operated for an ineligible minor, we may restrict or terminate the account.

3. Account Registration and Security

Users may access Asan Match through account registration methods made available by the Service.

Registration may include:

• Mobile number verification
• OTP verification
• Creation of a PIN or other authentication method
• Completion of a user or professional matchmaker profile
• Administrative review or approval where applicable

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.

You must not:

• Share your OTP with unauthorized persons
• Share your PIN or password with unauthorized persons
• Allow another person to improperly use your account
• Attempt to access another user's account without authorization
• Circumvent authentication or account-security measures

You should promptly notify Asan Match if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Asan Match is not responsible for losses resulting solely from a user's failure to reasonably protect their credentials or device.

Nothing in this clause limits any responsibility that Asan Match may have under applicable law for its own acts or omissions.

4. Professional Matchmaker Accounts and Approval

Professional matchmaker accounts may be subject to review, verification, and administrative approval before access to certain professional features is granted.

Approval of a matchmaker account does not constitute a guarantee by Asan Match regarding:

• Professional qualifications
• Personal background
• Financial standing
• Accuracy of every representation
• Future conduct
• Success rate
• Suitability for a particular client

Asan Match may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify, review, secure, or administer a professional account.

Asan Match may revoke or restrict professional access where these Terms, platform standards, applicable laws, privacy requirements, or security rules are violated.

5. Client Profiles Created by Matchmakers

Professional matchmakers may create, manage, update, or share profiles on behalf of their clients where permitted by the Service.

A matchmaker who creates or manages a client's profile represents that they have the appropriate authority, permission, or consent required to:

• Collect the client's information
• Enter the client's personal information
• Upload photographs
• Enter religious or other sensitive matchmaking information
• Enter partner preferences
• Create a profile on Asan Match
• Share the profile according to available privacy settings
• Manage matchmaking proposals on behalf of the client

Matchmakers must not knowingly upload or publish personal information about another individual without an appropriate lawful basis or authorization.

Where a matchmaker no longer has authority to manage a client, the matchmaker should take appropriate steps to update, restrict, transfer where permitted, or remove the relevant profile.

6. Religious and Compatibility Information

Asan Match allows religious information and religious compatibility preferences to be used for legitimate matchmaking purposes.

Depending on the profile type and available features, this may include:

• Religion
• Sect
• School of thought
• Religious preferences
• Religious compatibility requirements

Certain religion-related information may be required for particular matchmaking features where such information is integral to the requested matching functionality.

Religious information must not be used through Asan Match for harassment, hatred, unlawful discrimination, abuse, intimidation, or any purpose unrelated to legitimate matchmaking.

Sensitive information is handled in accordance with our Privacy & Data Protection Policy and applicable law.

Where applicable law requires separate or explicit consent for processing particular sensitive information, such consent may be obtained separately.

Acceptance of these Terms does not by itself replace any separate consent required by applicable law.

7. Profile Information and Accuracy

Users and matchmakers must make reasonable efforts to provide truthful, current, and accurate profile information.

You must not knowingly:

• Create a fake profile
• Impersonate another person
• Use another person's photographs without authorization
• Provide materially false information
• Falsify marital status
• Falsify identity
• Falsify professional or educational information
• Misrepresent relevant family or personal information for fraudulent purposes
• Upload manipulated information intended to deceive other users

Asan Match may request correction, restrict visibility, suspend, or remove a profile where it reasonably believes information is fraudulent, unlawful, misleading, harmful, unauthorized, or inconsistent with these Terms.

Asan Match does not guarantee that every statement contained in every profile has been independently verified.

Users and families are responsible for carrying out appropriate independent verification before making important matrimonial or personal decisions.

8. Photographs and Other Profile Content

You may only upload photographs, text, audio, documents, or other content that you have the legal right or appropriate authorization to use.

You must not upload content that:

• Belongs to another person without permission
• Violates another person's privacy
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Is unlawfully obtained
• Is obscene or illegal
• Contains harmful or malicious material
• Is intentionally deceptive
• Is intended to harass, threaten, exploit, or defame another person

Asan Match may remove or restrict content where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or maintain platform integrity.

9. License to User-Provided Content

You retain ownership of content that you or an authorized matchmaker lawfully provides to Asan Match.

By submitting content to the Service, you grant Asan Match a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, transmit, format, and share that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the matchmaking Service according to applicable privacy settings and these Terms .

This license does not transfer ownership of your personal content to Asan Match.

The license ends when the content is deleted from active systems, except to the extent temporary retention is necessary for backups, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or other purposes permitted by our Privacy & Data Protection Policy and applicable law.

10. Profile Privacy and Sharing

Profile visibility is subject to the privacy settings, user roles, permissions, and workflows available within Asan Match.

Depending on available features, a profile may be:

• Visible to eligible or authorized users
• Visible to verified professional matchmakers
• Displayed with limited information
• Displayed with blurred or hidden photographs
• Shared after approval
• Managed and shared through a matchmaker
• Shared through a controlled profile link

Users and matchmakers must respect the privacy settings applied to profiles.

Access to a profile does not give a user permission to publicly redistribute, publish, sell, copy, or misuse that person's personal information.

Private contact information is not intended to be automatically disclosed to unrelated users simply because a matchmaking profile exists.

11. Client Access and Proposal Workflow

Where client access is available, a matchmaker may grant a client limited access to the Service.

The client may be able to browse profiles made available through their matchmaker and express interest in a suitable profile.

Where Asan Match uses a matchmaker-managed proposal workflow, a client request may follow this process:

Client → Client's Own Matchmaker → Receiving Matchmaker

A client's request may first be reviewed by the client's own matchmaker before being forwarded to the matchmaker responsible for another profile.

Clients must not attempt to bypass the professional matchmaking workflow in order to obtain another client's private contact details or establish unauthorized direct communication through misuse of the Service.

A matchmaker may revoke client access where that functionality is available and where doing so is consistent with applicable obligations.

12. Match Requests and Proposals

Asan Match may allow users and matchmakers to:

• Send proposals
• Receive proposals
• Review proposals
• Accept proposals
• Reject proposals
• Manage pending requests
• Share relevant profiles

Sending a proposal does not create any legal, matrimonial, financial, or contractual obligation between the individuals involved.

Acceptance of a proposal within Asan Match does not constitute:

• An engagement
• A marriage contract
• Nikah
• A guarantee of marriage
• A legally binding matrimonial commitment

Users remain responsible for their own matrimonial decisions and any independent legal, religious, family, or professional advice they choose to obtain.

13. Communication and Chat

Where communication features are available, they are intended primarily for legitimate matchmaking and related professional purposes.

Users must communicate respectfully and lawfully.

You must not use Asan Match communications to:

• Harass another person
• Threaten or intimidate another person
• Send obscene or unlawful content
• Conduct fraud or scams
• Demand money through deception
• Blackmail or extort another person
• Share private information without authority
• Send spam
• Promote unrelated businesses without permission
• Distribute malicious links, files, or software
• Engage in activity prohibited by applicable law

Asan Match may investigate reported misuse and may restrict access where reasonably necessary for safety, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms.

14. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse Asan Match.

Prohibited activities include:

• Illegal use of the Service
• Fraud or attempted fraud
• Impersonation
• Unauthorized collection of user data
• Scraping profiles
• Automated bulk collection of profile information
• Bulk downloading profile photographs or data
• Creating unauthorized databases from Asan Match profiles
• Selling or reselling user profile information
• Publishing private profiles in unauthorized WhatsApp groups, social media pages, websites, databases, or other channels
• Circumventing profile privacy controls
• Circumventing security measures
• Attempting unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Introducing viruses, malicious software, or harmful code
• Reverse engineering the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it
• Using bots or unauthorized automated systems
• Harassing or threatening users
• Sharing another person's contact information without authorization
• Using profiles for purposes unrelated to legitimate matchmaking
• Sending unauthorized advertising or spam
• Misusing the Service for commercial solicitation unrelated to permitted matchmaking activities

Violation of these rules may result in content removal, restrictions, suspension, termination, or other appropriate action.

Unlawful online activity may also be reported to relevant authorities where required or permitted by law.

15. Artificial Intelligence and Smart Matching

Asan Match may use algorithms, automated systems, or artificial intelligence to support features such as:

• Extracting information from biodata or profile text
• Organizing profile information
• Comparing profiles
• Analyzing partner preferences
• Identifying potentially relevant profiles
• Estimating compatibility
• Providing smart matching notifications

AI-generated, algorithmic, or automated results are provided as assistance tools only.

Users acknowledge that automated systems may not always be complete, accurate, or suitable for every individual circumstance.

A compatibility score or smart matching result does not guarantee:

• Personal compatibility
• Religious compatibility in every respect
• Family compatibility
• Proposal acceptance
• Engagement
• Marriage
• A successful marriage

Users and matchmakers should review relevant information independently before relying on automated recommendations.

16. Profile Comparison and Voice Features

Where available, Asan Match may provide tools such as profile comparison, voice descriptions, voice messages, or other accessibility and convenience features.

These tools are intended to assist users in reviewing or communicating profile information.

Automatically generated descriptions, summaries, comparisons, or other technology-assisted outputs should not be treated as independent verification of profile information.

17. Favourite Profiles and Saved Information

Where available, users may save profiles to a favourites or similar list for later review.

Saving a profile does not:

• Give ownership rights over the profile
• Create a proposal
• Indicate acceptance by the other party
• Permit unauthorized redistribution
• Override the profile owner's privacy settings

Access to a saved profile may change if the profile is updated, hidden, deleted, suspended, or otherwise made unavailable.

18. Matchmaker Ratings and Rankings

Asan Match may provide ratings, rankings, performance indicators, or other information relating to professional matchmakers.

Such information may consider factors such as platform activity, profile quality, response behavior, response time, or other platform metrics.

Ratings and rankings are intended to assist discovery and evaluation.

A rating, ranking, verification badge, approval, or prominent placement does not constitute a guarantee by Asan Match regarding:

• Matchmaking success
• Professional performance
• Future conduct
• Client satisfaction
• Suitability for every user

Users remain responsible for deciding whether to engage a particular matchmaker.

19. Relationship With Professional Matchmakers

Asan Match provides a platform through which professional matchmaking services may be discovered, coordinated, or facilitated.

Where a professional matchmaker provides services independently, that matchmaker remains responsible for their own professional conduct, representations, commitments, fees, and services.

Where Asan Match itself expressly offers a separate premium or managed matchmaking service, any additional terms presented for that service may also apply.

Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as creating an employment, agency, partnership, or other legal relationship between Asan Match and an independent professional unless such a relationship has been expressly established.

20. Payments, Fees, and Subscriptions

Certain Asan Match features or services may require payment.

Where applicable, pricing, billing terms, subscription periods, renewal terms, or other material payment conditions will be displayed before purchase or communicated as part of the relevant service.

Except where otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by applicable law, payments and fees are generally non-refundable.

Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory refund, cancellation, or consumer right available under applicable law.

Where a payment is processed through a third-party payment provider, Google Play, Apple App Store, bank, or another authorized payment service, that provider's applicable billing, cancellation, and refund rules may also apply.

Asan Match may change pricing for future purchases or future billing periods by providing reasonable notice where required.

A price change will not retroactively alter a completed purchase unless permitted by law and expressly disclosed.

21. Taxes

Where applicable, prices may include or exclude taxes depending on the transaction, payment method, user location, and applicable law.

Users are responsible for taxes or charges that applicable law makes payable by them.

22. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information is handled according to the Asan Match Privacy & Data Protection Policy.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review the Privacy Policy.

Acceptance of these Terms does not constitute blanket consent to every possible form of personal-data processing.

Where applicable law requires separate consent, including explicit consent for certain sensitive personal information, such consent will be requested separately where necessary.

Users may have rights regarding access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal, or other matters as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

23. Account Deletion

Users may request account deletion through deletion functionality made available within the Service or through the contact methods provided by Asan Match.

Account and personal-data deletion is handled in accordance with our Privacy & Data Protection Policy.

Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required for matters such as:

• Fraud prevention
• Security
• Dispute resolution
• Legal compliance
• Financial records
• Abuse investigations
• Establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims

Deleting an account may permanently remove access to profiles, saved information, proposals, and other account features.

24. Account Suspension and Termination

Asan Match may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account where reasonably necessary, including where:

• These Terms are materially violated
• Fraud or attempted fraud is detected
• A user creates fake or misleading profiles
• User safety is at risk
• Privacy rights are violated
• Unauthorized client data is uploaded
• Security controls are bypassed
• Illegal activity occurs
• Abuse or harassment occurs
• Required professional verification fails
• A lawful authority requires action
• Continued access creates a material legal or security risk

Where circumstances reasonably permit, Asan Match may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve an issue.

Immediate restriction or suspension may occur without prior notice where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, evidence, security, or legal interests.

A user may contact Asan Match support regarding a suspension or termination decision.

25. User Reports and Safety

Users are encouraged to report:

• Fake profiles
• Harassment
• Fraud
• Suspicious payment requests
• Unauthorized sharing of personal data
• Impersonation
• Abusive messages
• Security concerns
• Other violations of these Terms

Reports may be reviewed and appropriate action may be taken based on the available information, platform rules, and applicable law.

Asan Match cannot guarantee that every report will result in account termination or a particular outcome.

26. No Background Verification Guarantee

Asan Match may perform account verification, administrative approval, professional verification, phone verification, profile review, or other platform checks where available.

However, unless expressly stated for a particular feature, Asan Match does not guarantee that it has independently verified every:

• Personal claim
• Family claim
• Educational qualification
• Employment claim
• Professional claim
• Financial claim
• Income claim
• Property claim
• Religious statement
• Marital-history statement
• Criminal-history matter
• Background detail

A “verified”, “approved”, or similar platform status should not be interpreted as a complete background investigation unless Asan Match expressly states otherwise.

Users and families should independently verify information they consider important before making matrimonial, financial, or personal commitments.

27. Personal Safety and User Decisions

Users are responsible for exercising appropriate care when communicating with or meeting people introduced through matchmaking activities.

Asan Match encourages users and families to use reasonable judgment before:

• Sharing additional private information
• Meeting another person
• Making payments to another user
• Making travel arrangements
• Entering financial arrangements
• Making matrimonial commitments

Asan Match does not control personal interactions that occur outside the Service.

Users should report suspected fraud, threats, harassment, or illegal conduct to appropriate authorities where necessary.

28. No Guarantee of Matchmaking Outcome

Asan Match does not guarantee:

• That a suitable profile will be found
• That a particular person will respond
• That a proposal will be accepted
• That two profiles are genuinely compatible
• That families will agree
• That an engagement will occur
• That marriage will occur
• That any marriage will be successful
• That use of the Service will produce a particular result

Matchmaking depends on personal preferences, decisions, circumstances, families, communications, and factors beyond the control of Asan Match.

29. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee that Asan Match will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable because of:

• Maintenance
• Updates
• Technical problems
• Internet or telecommunications failures
• Third-party service failures
• Security incidents
• Legal requirements
• Events beyond reasonable control

Features may be added, modified, restricted, or discontinued from time to time.

Where a material change affects a paid service, any mandatory rights available under applicable law will continue to apply.

30. Intellectual Property Rights

The Asan Match platform and its proprietary elements, including where applicable:

• Software
• Application design
• Branding
• Logos
• Platform architecture
• User-interface elements
• Proprietary databases
• Search systems
• Matching systems
• Algorithms
• Original written content
• Graphics
• Business processes

are owned by or licensed to M2Logix Software Company, except for user-provided content and third-party materials.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Asan Match intellectual property to users.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, license, modify, reverse engineer, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from protected Asan Match materials except where expressly permitted by us or applicable law.

31. Limited Right to Use the Service

Subject to compliance with these Terms, Asan Match grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

This permission does not allow you to:

• Resell platform access
• Operate unauthorized copies
• Extract the database
• Scrape user information
• Circumvent restrictions
• Use Asan Match intellectual property outside the permitted Service

Professional matchmakers may use the platform for legitimate professional matchmaking activities permitted by their account and applicable service plan.

32. Third-Party Services

Asan Match may rely on or link to third-party services such as:

• Payment providers
• Hosting providers
• Notification services
• Authentication services
• Analytics providers
• AI technology providers
• Maps or location services
• App stores
• Communication providers
• External websites

Third-party services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Asan Match is not responsible for independently operated third-party services to the extent their acts or omissions are outside Asan Match's reasonable control, subject to any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

33. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as available” basis.

Asan Match does not warrant that:

• Every profile is accurate
• Every user will behave honestly
• Every match recommendation will be suitable
• The Service will always operate without interruption
• Every technical error will be immediately corrected
• Use of the Service will result in a successful match or marriage

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

34. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Asan Match and M2Logix Software Company will not be liable for losses arising solely from matters outside their reasonable control, including:

• Decisions made independently by users
• Misrepresentations made by other users
• Disputes between users or independent matchmakers
• Matchmaking outcomes
• Unauthorized activity caused by a user's failure to protect account credentials
• Third-party services outside our reasonable control
• Events beyond reasonable control

To the extent permitted by law, Asan Match will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Service where such liability may lawfully be excluded.

However, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited , including any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable consumer or other law.

35. User Responsibility for Violations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, a user may be responsible for losses, claims, or reasonable costs arising directly from that user's:

• Deliberate unlawful conduct
• Fraud
• Unauthorized upload of another person's private information
• Intellectual property infringement
• Material violation of these Terms
• Misuse of the Service
• Unauthorized commercial exploitation of user data

This clause does not require a user to compensate Asan Match for losses caused by Asan Match's own unlawful conduct or responsibility that cannot legally be transferred.

36. Compliance With Law

Users must comply with laws applicable to their use of Asan Match.

Users must not use the Service to engage in conduct prohibited by applicable Pakistani law or other law that validly applies to them.

Asan Match may preserve, restrict, remove, disclose, or take other action regarding information where required or permitted by applicable law, lawful court orders, or valid requests from competent authorities.

37. Electronic Communications and Acceptance

You agree that communications relating to Asan Match may be provided electronically through:

• The App
• Website
• Email
• SMS
• Push notification
• Other electronic communication methods made available by the Service

Your electronic acceptance of these Terms may have legal effect to the extent recognized by applicable law.

You are responsible for keeping your relevant contact information reasonably current.

38. Changes to These Terms

Asan Match may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:

• Changes to the Service
• New features
• Security requirements
• Business changes
• Legal or regulatory developments

The updated Terms will be made available through the App, website, or another appropriate channel.

The “Last Updated” date will indicate when these Terms were most recently revised.

Where required by applicable law, material changes may be communicated through additional notice or may require renewed acceptance.

Continued use after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law.

39. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without prejudice to any mandatory legal rights that apply to a user.

Nothing in these Terms removes consumer, privacy, or other statutory rights that cannot legally be waived.

40. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

If a dispute arises regarding Asan Match, users are encouraged to first contact Asan Match so that the matter can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to a court or other competent forum having jurisdiction under applicable law.

Subject to mandatory jurisdiction and consumer-protection rules, disputes relating to these Terms may be brought before the competent courts having jurisdiction in Lahore, Pakistan.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent or legally available relief where necessary.

41. Force Majeure

To the extent permitted by law, Asan Match will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters
• War or civil disturbance
• Government restrictions
• Internet outages
• Telecommunications failures
• Major infrastructure failures
• Cyber incidents despite reasonable safeguards
• Third-party platform outages
• Other events reasonably beyond our control

This clause does not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.

42. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary where legally possible.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

43. No Waiver

If Asan Match does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not automatically mean the right to enforce that provision has been permanently waived.

Any waiver must be legally valid and apply only to the circumstances for which it is given.

44. Assignment

Users may not transfer or assign their Asan Match account or rights under these Terms to another person without authorization.

Asan Match may transfer relevant contractual rights or obligations as part of a lawful merger, restructuring, acquisition, business transfer, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law and privacy requirements.

45. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the:

• Privacy & Data Protection Policy
• Any applicable payment or subscription terms
• Any service-specific terms expressly presented to you
• Other policies expressly incorporated by reference

constitute the applicable agreement governing your use of Asan Match.

If service-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the service-specific terms may control for that particular service to the extent expressly stated and permitted by law.
