Smart Matching

Most matching is one-sided: a profile is checked against what one family asked for, and that is it. The other side is only considered later, when the proposal has already been made and someone has to say no. Smart Matching checks both directions before you ever see the match.

Both sides have to agree

• First, the first client's preferences are checked against the second client's profile
• Then it is done the other way round — the second client's preferences against the first client's profile
• A match is only kept if both directions clear 80%
• The strength you see is the average of those two scores, so it reflects the real fit, not the better half of it

It keeps running in the background

You do not have to go looking. As soon as a client's preferences are saved, the system starts comparing them against the profiles of every other verified matchmaker on the platform, and it keeps doing so as new profiles arrive. When something clears the bar, the match arrives with you.

Every client profile also has a Find Match button for when you want to run it yourself — for a family that is in a hurry, or a profile you have just finished updating.
